Do my clients pay anything?

No. Only trainers and gyms subscribe. Your clients use Rubanas through Telegram for free — workouts, nutrition plans, streaks and all.

Do clients need to install an app?

No. Everything happens inside Telegram, which your clients already have. Workouts arrive as messages, logging takes one tap.

What's the difference between Free and Paid seats?

Free is for one client seat — workouts and progress tracking on Telegram. Paid seats are for coaches who need more seats and a nutritionist: meal plans, custom programs, and an exercise library. Slide to 5 ($10), 15 ($25), or 30 ($35) client seats.

What's included in the Gym plan?

Gym is $50/mo and includes an owner dashboard plus the tools to invite, manage, and reassign trainers. It covers trainers under the owner (no separate trainer subscription), but each trainer still picks their own client-seat tier for the clients they coach.

How do client seats work?

Each active client takes one seat. Free includes 1 seat. Paid seats are billed at 5, 15, or 30 — pick the tier that fits your roster. On a gym plan, trainers under the owner don't pay a trainer subscription, but each still chooses their own client-seat tier.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Card subscriptions keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Bank-transfer subscriptions end at the moment you cancel.

What happens if I join a gym as a trainer?

You coach under the gym owner, so you don't need your own trainer subscription. You still pick a client-seat tier (Free / 5 / 15 / 30) for the clients you coach.
